You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

How do I return an item?

2. Send the product unused, in its packaging.
3. After the product reaches us and is checked, the amount is refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest.

Personalized products

For personalized products, the right of withdrawal may fall under a legal exception.

Defective product

If you received a damaged or faulty product, write to us with a photo; we will exchange or refund it, with shipping paid by the seller.
