This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer from the Montessori Toys website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive price and shipping cost of the product are shown in the order summary and on the payment page. Payment is made by credit or debit card on the iyzico secure payment page.
For products prepared specially at the buyer's request, the exceptions in the legislation are reserved; the right of withdrawal may not be available for such products. This is stated on the product page.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. The product is delivered by courier to the address given by the buyer. By law, the delivery time cannot exceed 30 days from the order date.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice is sent to the seller's contact details above. See the Returns & Withdrawal page for details.
The buyer declares that they have read and electronically approved the pre-information form. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
